Boil the beef until it is tender. Set the broth aside.
Saute the Onion, Garlic, and Ginger before adding the Beef. Make sure that you saute it thoroughly.
The next step is to add in the Beef.
Stir.
Add in the Beef Broth to the sauteed Beef.
Add in the Potatoes, Celery, Banana and Corn.
Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Add in the Black Pepper, Coarse Peppercorns, Star Anise and Cubes.
Add in the Green Chillies, let it boil.
Cook the vegetables thoroughly.
After a few minutes, you can add in the Sugar, Cabbage and Bok Choy.
After slightly cooking the veggies, you can now turn the heat off.
Ready to serve.
